About the Supreme Court Decision to stop Pennsylvania from
being awarded 20 Electoral College Votes for Joe Biden

Hamlet famously remarked that “there’s something rotten in the state of Denmark”.  If he thought Denmark was rotten, he should see the state of Pennsylvania.

White House Watch Fund and the other national conservative organizations and leading citizens who filed this Amicus brief know that elements of the recent Presidential election in Pennsylvania were rotten to the core.  State officials could have remedied this.  Their highly partisan refusal to do so leaves honest citizens no recourse but an appeal the Supreme Court to declare the tainted and lawless process as null and void, and to allow the State Legislature or Congress to choose the electors or simply leave them out of the 2020 election process.

The American people demand – and deserve – fair elections.  The evidence in Pennsylvania is that fairness and fidelity to the law – the U.S. and the Pennsylvania Constitution – was the farthest thing from the minds of the State Supreme Court, the Governor, the Secretary of State and certain local election officials such as those in Philadelphia.

We detail the sorry saga of apparent corruption and grand theft on the American people in our Amicus Curiae Legal Brief submitted for consideration by the Supreme Court in the case styled, Joseph B. Scarnati, III., et. al. vs Pennsylvania Democratic Party, et. al.

We are heartened that Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito just ruled that the state’s Electors not be awarded to Joe Biden without further review, as we have requested.  And he has moved up the deadline to tomorrow (Tuesday) for response to a Republican lawsuit to stop the unjust – both lawless and corrupt – award of the state’s electoral votes to Joe Biden.   Justice Alito clearly sees that there’s something rotten in Pennsylvania.

Our Legal Brief sent to the Supreme Court, argues, “In the event the Supreme Court declares the illegal method of choosing electors as null and void, there is still an abundance of time for the PA State Legislature to follow the U.S. Constitution in selecting Electors.  Regardless of what the Supreme Court decides, the PA state legislature should intervene to thwart the lawless State Supreme Court.”

Sunshine is the best disinfectant.  The best disinfectant for the corruption and rampant lawlessness so evident in Pennsylvania is for the Supreme Court to nullify what partisan liberal Democrats have done.
